I got a bacon egg and cheese with avocado and it was delicious and so crispy! The iced latte was great. The staff is so enthusiastic and kind and love to talk. There is indoor and outdoor seating and the service is super fast and good vibes inside!

Love their bagels. The best part about them is that they make both sides of the bagel the "top", so both sides are perfectly seasoned. you can order ahead so service is quick. There are tables to eat if you wish inside and outside, but I always get takeout.

You can see my previous reviews for how awesome this place is. The short version is you won't find better bagels dine in or to go in the area. Their menu is well designed with a decent variety of options without being overwhelming or trying to do too much. As a regional chain, they have several locations but this one is very well situated. There's a free parking lot and free parking on the street out front. They have a decent inside dining area and outdoor seating on the patio as well. During the pandemic, they kept going with delivery and curbside pick up and eventually opened for in-store pick up and eventually for in-store dining again. Over the past 2 years they have been rewarded with a growing and loyal customer base. All of this means that if you want to place an order be prepared, especially on weekend mornings, for a decent delay as they will at times become swamped with customers. I highly recommend downloading and using their app. Much better than trying to use a third party app to order. Plus you get occasionally discounts. In order to help address the breakfast rush hour, about a year ago they installed a very large wall with alphabetized shelves for pick up orders. in addition, they recently added two monitors that show which orders are currently ready and on the shelf, and which orders are in progress with a time estimate for when it will be ready. In terms of specific food items, I highly recommend all of the breakfast egg sandwiches. Be aware that the ham they list is Taylor ham; also known as pork roll. Very delicious, but not the same thing as deli ham. All of the lunch sandwiches are well-made but I am partial to the low fat chicken salad. The french fries are a must have, and I would absolutely get them with breakfast or lunch.

I'm now a regular here after being let down by every brunch place charging 30 bucks for a meal you could easily make at home. My go to order is egg, cheese, cream cheese and tomato on an everything everything bagel. It's delicious every time and very filling! I love ordering on the app-it's ready by the time I walk there to pick it up!

The online ordering service is awesome - speeds up the process for sure from what I can tell! The ambiance, especially outside, is nice - I love the view of the water (photo attached). I am thankful that they have gluten free bagels to offer me, although it wasn't the absolute best quality (very dry and crumbly). Still, just happy to have an option - I know GF people will get it!

UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with Charissa and she was very apologetic and refunded me for having such a bad experience with that person at that location. She also told me that this matter was going to be handled internally. Very happy with how this situation was handled after reaching out. Thank you! I was there on Friday, July 14th. I picked up an order for a dozen bagels. The bagels didn't last not more than one day. I called to speak to a manager in regards to this matter and whoever answered was beyond rude. She told me they were supposed to be refrigerated it is not her problem. Ive never once needed to refrigerate bagels in my life. BREAD DOES NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she said she was the one above. I then asked her for her name and she hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable. Someone needs to teach this BRUTE customer service.

Great place for a quick bite. It was busy but service was efficient so we didn't wait for longer than 5 mins. Outdoor seating is available and the restaurant is spacious. Wide variety of bagel options, as well as sandwiches and paninis. Got an onion bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Smaller than a standard NY bagel, but honestly prefer this size. Would drop by again to try their hot food, would probably be a fairer review too as I haven't tried anything other than a standard cream cheese bagel.
